The Bergère is an iconic design that originated in Paris during the French Régence (1715–23) and reached its most ornate height during Rococo period when King Louis XV reigned. It is designed to expose its wood curved frame, some of which with carved details. Ideal for lounging in comfort with its deeper, wider, tailored seat.

This piece is handmade locally, and frames are only available in limited quantities.

Our previous floor model had a custom painted frame, in Benjamin Moore's CC-34 Jester, and standard high-density foam seats, wrapped in low-pile Merlot Velvet.
