SOLID REPUTATION
For our Bespoke Upholstery Furniture Collection, the entire frame is made of 1.25” top-grade, kiln-dried Canadian hardwood; this prevents the frame from warping. Corners are then glued, screwed and doweled for stability.
HERE TO SUPPORT YOU
All are made with web & coil construction (except for headboards, sleeper sofas, tight seats/backs, dining chairs and ottomans). There are at least 9 coil springs within each seating area. The advantage to this type of springing is the added strength; the whole springing system moves up and down with your body weight. It is the premium style of spring support construction, coveted by those in the know for its longevity of quality and weight distribution.
Dining chairs and ottomans are made using rubber webbing for support.
LAYERS OF GOODNESS
Seat cushions come standard filled with 2.2 lb foam, a higher density than industry standard for longevity and shape retention that is then double wrapped in layer of Dacron. Clients may also upgrade to down synthetic or two mix of down/feather wrapped foam core cushions upon request. Down and feather is all sourced from Canada.
All show wood legs and bases are made of ash (highlights wood grain) or maple (minimal wood grain) and hand stained.
Each frame is completely padded with cotton decking and felt before being expertly upholstered in the fabric of your choice

Standard turnaround is a minimum of 8-10 weeks when desired fabrics are in stock. Rush Orders are possible for 4-week or 2-week turnaround, upon arrival of fabrics & components, at 15% or 25% upcharge respectively.
