For a complete, cohesive transformation, our Full Service Design Studio is available by appointment, providing an elevated, all-inclusive experience. With over 25 years of creating inspired spaces, we’re committed to delivering exceptional homes.

STEP 1: MEET & GREET

Your design journey begins with a Meet & Greet session at our studio. This meeting allows us to:

  • Introduce you to our Design Team and assess our compatibility for your project.
  • Discuss our fee structure and budget expectations.
  • Share insights from our extensive experience in crafting exceptional homes.
  • Present the exclusive products and services we offer.
  • Understand your style preferences and vision for your space.

A non-refundable consultation fee of $50 is required to secure this appointment. This fee reserves our time and expertise for your project.

STEP 2: IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION

After the initial meeting, we proceed with an In-Home Design Consultation, which is scheduled upon payment of a Professional Fee. During this 2-hour consultation, our Design Team will visit your space to:

  • Take measurements and photos.
  • Gather input from all decision-makers to define the desired function and aesthetic.
  • Provide preliminary design recommendations.
  • Establish a general budget based on the scope of work.

STEP 3: DESIGN PROSPECTUS

Following the In-Home Consultation, we take a few weeks to develop your Design Prospectus. This document includes:

  • A detailed overview of your wish list and our proposed design concepts.
  • Visual aids to communicate our ideas effectively.

Once the prospectus is complete, we meet at our studio to review and finalize it. This document serves as your “shopping list,” helping you understand the range of products and services involved. It also forms the basis of your budget, and from here, we establish our Retainer and move forward with your project.

STEP 4: DESIGN PRESENTATION

In the Design Presentation, we’ll review all your design options in a detailed, thoughtful manner. These options may include:

  • Colors, fabrics, and furnishings.
  • Custom cabinetry, lighting, window treatments, and wallcoverings.
  • Layout sketches, flooring solutions, and décor recommendations.

If additional scope changes are requested, a supplementary Design Fee will apply.

After you approve the final design and budget, we’ll move forward with the balance of the Design Fee and an initial progress payment to initiate orders and production.

STEP 5: PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

With your project in motion, we handle all the details to ensure a seamless execution. This includes:

  • Scheduling regular status meetings to track progress and finances.
  • Overseeing every aspect of the project through our dedicated Design Office and Site Coordinator.
  • Managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and quality-checking items before installation.
  • Handling site logistics, including access, clean-up, and disposal.
  • Final installation, overseen by our Design Team to ensure every element is placed with precision.
