A stylish refresh by mixing the client's heirlooms with new bespoke upholstered furniture and reupholstered tired pieces. We laid new area rugs and hung new drapery & light fixtures. Doors, accent ceiling and walls are paneled with various wallcoverings. Wall mouldings and a coffered ceiling are added for a grand finale.
A top-to-bottom renovation of our client's spectacular oceanfront home on Victoria Island. From the stunning custom kitchen cabinetry and exotic stone surfaces to the gorgeous custom main staircase that is a design and engineering marvel.
A bespoke modular sectional and textured shag softens the resurfaced fireplace in the raised living room.
The most notable feature is the innovative eco-build achieved ahead of its times.
